• Your role, and the details of your mandate or raise that you choose to share (size, stage, geography, timing)
• Anything else you write in the form

Technical data

• Connection data processed by our host to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (IP address, browser and device type).
• Aggregated visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type, country and page load times. This tool uses no cookies, does not track you across sites and does not identify you.
• If you send an enquiry: the first page you viewed on the site, the site you came from and the campaign parameters of the link you followed. They are kept in your browser for the length of your visit only, and sent to us only together with your enquiry
• When you use the enquiry form: Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser to protect the form against automated abuse. It uses no advertising cookies and does not track you across sites

• The content of our email exchanges

03Purposes and legal basis

04Retention periods

• Prospect data (enquiries without a signed engagement): 3 years from the last exchange.
• Client data: for the duration of the relationship, then 10 years for contractual and accounting records.
• Technical connection data: only as long as our host needs it for security purposes.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

05Recipients

We never sell your personal data. It is accessible only to our team and to the technical providers we rely on, strictly within the scope of their service:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA): website hosting, form processing and visit statistics.
• Attio Ltd (London, United Kingdom): customer relationship management, where enquiries are recorded.
• Telegram: internal notification to our team when an enquiry is received.
• OVH SAS (Roubaix, France): email hosting.
• Google LLC (Mountain View, USA): delivery of the fonts used on the site, which involves your IP address.
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Ljubljana, Slovenia): delivery of the images and videos of the site.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission where one exists (United Kingdom, and US companies certified under the Data Privacy Framework between the EU and the US), or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You may also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

This site sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies. Our visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) work without cookies. Our host may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site against abuse. You can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted HTTPS connection across the whole site, access limited to our team, strong authentication on our management tools, and providers bound by data protection obligations.
