Growth Capital Advisory · For founders raising capital

Pitch only the funds that write your size

Most fund websites say sector. Their portfolios say ticket size. We read the portfolio, keep only the funds that fit your round, and book the first meeting with the partner who decides. You pitch, you negotiate, you decide.

The problem

Months lost on funds that never write your size

A deck sent to a hundred funds reaches associates, not partners, and burns your story before it is told.

Most of the meetings that follow are with funds that were never going to write your ticket. Nothing on their website tells you which ones.

The mechanism

Portfolios not websites

In our read of 1,407 funds holding three companies or more, 54% invest across seven sectors or more, and not one stays in a single sector.

Sector tells you almost nothing. Ticket size, read from what each fund actually did, tells you who to see.

Compliance first

We read your Form D before we contact anyone

If your round is filed under Rule 506(b), a cold approach to investors can cost you the exemption itself. So before any investor is contacted, we read the exemption on your Form D, a public filing.

  • Rule 506(b)

No cold approach is made. You receive the investor map and the materials, and your team works its own relationships.

  • Rule 506(c)

We contact accredited investors directly and book the first meeting with the partner who decides.

  • Your pipeline

Investors you already know are excluded at the start and never billed.

How it runs

Four steps from story to meeting

Sometimes the honest answer is not this round. If your traction does not yet carry the ask, we say so before any map is built.

  1. 01 Positioning

Your story, stage, traction and ask, calibrated for the funds that will read it.

  2. 02 Mapping

The funds whose real ticket size, read from their portfolio, fits your round, and the partner who decides at each.

  3. 03 Approach

Partner level, where your exemption allows it. Never the associate inbox.

  4. 04 First meeting

Booked in your calendar, with a note on why this fund.

Who sits on your map

Read for what they do not what they say

  • Venture funds

Read for the round they actually lead, not the one they list.

  • Growth equity

Read for ticket size, last deal date and partner coverage.

  • Family offices

Read for direct deals already done, not stated interest.

What you receive

One line of your investor map

Each line is read from what the fund actually did, not from what its website says.

  • Are raising in the next six months

Questions

Questions founders ask first

Are you a broker dealer?

No. We do not negotiate, structure or close your round, and we are never paid on it.

Will you contact investors I already know?

No. Share your pipeline at the start and those funds are excluded.

What if my round is under 506(b)?

Then we make no cold approach. You receive the investor map and the materials, and your team uses its own relationships.

Who do you contact at each fund?

The partner who decides at your ticket size, not the associate inbox.

What if this is not the right round?

Then we say so before any map is built, and you keep the read.

How long before the first meeting?

Usually between day 50 and day 65, after positioning and mapping.

Not what you are looking for

LeRoy's Bridge does not offer or sell securities and is never paid on capital raised. Investors are approached only where the issuer's exemption allows it. Disclosures
