One fund per sector and geography means a limited number of mandates at any time. We would rather run a few lanes well than many lanes at once.
02How we are paid
A setup fee, a monthly retainer, then a fixed fee each time a dated event happens, agreed before we start.
Never a percentage of any transaction or of any capital raised.
Never paid by both sides of the same meeting without written disclosure to both.

Negotiate, structure or close a transaction
Hold client funds or securities
Contact investors for a round or a fund where the exemption does not allow it
Publish a client's name, targets or terms
Sell a list
